The admission process for Siva Sivani Institute of Management involves assessing the academic record, entrance scores, and an interview. For 2025, with a total of 240 seats,  admissions will run from September 27 to December 19. Eligibility Criteria for SSIM PGDM 2025

? A bachelor's degree from a recognized university with an aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved categories SC/ST/BC) is necessary.  

? Provisional applications are accepted from final year degree candidates, but they must meet the academic requirements by the start of the program. 

? The student must have completed the state or national entrance exam 

? The newly graduated are also applying because work experience is not required

Entrance Exams of Siva Shivani Institute

  • Nationally, candidates must take and submit scores from CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, and GMAT.  

  • At the state level, the candidate must take the TS ICET or a Similar exam.

  • No fixed cutoff is determined, and shortlisting is based on score, which may vary with the applicant pool (e.g., CAT >60, MAT/CMAT >500, ICET <40,000 rank). 

Admission Process step by step

  1. Online Registration – To create an account, go to ssim.ac.in/admissions and provide basic information (name, email address, and phone number).

  1. Fill Application Form – This will require the entry of your academic details (Class 10, 12, and graduation marks), your scores from any applicable entrance examinations, and your work history (if any). Then, upload your Statement of Purpose and video introduction.

  1. Pay Application Fee – An application fee of ?750 is required to be paid (this applies to both general and reserved categories). This fee is payable via online net banking/credit/debit card, or DD, and is considered to be non-refundable.

  1. Submit  Documents – You must provide the following scanned documents: a photo, a signature, your marksheets, entrance examination scorecards, a caste certificate (if any), and proof of identification.

  1. Upload Form – After your documents have been uploaded, you must submit your application form. You will then receive a confirmation email, which will contain your application ID for tracking purposes.

The last day to submit applications is December 19, 2025. For priority processing, you should apply as early as possible. 

Selection Process Step by Step

  • Shortlisting – Based on the entrance examination scores (50% weightage), and the academics (10% for Class 10/12/graduation).

  • Group Discussion (GD) –15% weightage; topics to be addressed will revolve around current affairs, business ethics, or specific case studies. This will determine your communication and teamwork skills.

  • Personal Interview (PI) – 20% weightage; assesses motivation, leadership, and aligns your SOP/video with the expected fit.

  • Final Merit List – After the interview, confirmed results will be emailed to you within 2-4 weeks, based on a cumulative score that considers work experience, extracurricular activities, certifications, and diversity factors.

  • Accepting an Offer – Reserve your seat by paying the acceptance fee of ?50,000, which will be deducted from your tuition fee.

  • Total fee – ?6.9 lakhs (First Year: ?3.3 lakhs, Second Year: ?3.6 lakhs), excludes hostel fee (?2.1-2.6 lakhs/year, compulsory mess).
