Students must have a bachelor’s degree with 50–55% from a recognised university. If students want to be eligible for MBA, MCA, M.Com and MA courses. And for the technical courses like MCA, students need to have studied Mathematics. The students should also meet the minimum age requirements. This means that one must be at least 17 years old.
The Sharda University Online has an affordable fee structure for 2026. The overall fee to be paid for online courses varies from course to course. The total fees for online courses usually range between INR 1,05,000 and INR 1,50,000.
The Sharda University Online MBA fees are around INR 1,40,000. The programs like MCA are around INR 1,20,000 for the full course. And the UG courses are also in a similar range.
Students have an option to pay the fees in EMI or instalments. This makes it convenient for them, instead of paying full fees at once. There may also be a nominal registration charge (INR 500 – INR 3,000) on submission of the application.
Students need to follow the easy steps for admission. They start by visiting the university's site and clicking the "Apply Online" or "Admissions" button.
They then provide details like name, email ID, and mobile number during registration. This process creates a password. After that they log in to their account and fill out the application. It includes personal, educational, and course-related details.
After that, they take a photo of their documents, like a photo, signature, mark sheets and ID proof. Then prepare them as per the stipulated format and upload them.
Students pay the application fee using one of the online payment methods. The options include UPI, net banking, credit card, or debit card.
After the payment is made, they submit the form and get a confirmation message. It may be via email, along with their application number. The Sharda University Online admission team goes through the application. If the student is eligible, they get in touch with the student.
Sharda University Online conducts Semester Exams twice a year. It is a part of the academic calendar. The prospective dates for the odd semester end-term exam are July–December 2025. And they are from the end of January to the beginning of February 2026.
The internal assessments & assignments are open throughout the semester. Students need to submit 2 weeks before the end term exam window. It is roughly around mid-Jan 2026 for odd semesters and mid-July 2026 for even semesters. To be eligible, they are required to attend a minimum 75% of internal activities. The passing marks in both parts are 30% internal and 70% proctored external.
The university releases the results of each semester on its official website for students. It is 2 to 4 weeks after the completion of the exam. After the university uploads the mark sheet/scores, students may log in to download them. Students can check the result by following these steps:
