Lovely Professional University is a private university situated in Phagwara, Punjab, India. The university was established in 2005 by Lovely International Trust, under The Lovely Professional University Act, 2005 and started operation in 2006.

Paloalto offered a B.Tech CSE student a package of INR 49.4 LPA. Cognizant recruited the maximum number of 670 students, followed by Capgemini, which recruited 310 students. A total of 383 students were placed with salary packages ranging from INR 10 to INR 62.72 LPA.

The University has three auditoriums with a capacity of 350 to 1000 people. It has a 24-hour hospital and organizes medical camps for students. Its hostels have high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity and students can use the library's IT infrastructure. Additionally, the campus is a drug-free zone. The institute has criminalized impropriety and has a zero tolerance policy.
