Subharti Online University is the online wing of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU). It is a private university established in 2008. It has approval from UGC and DEB, and it has a high A+ grade from NAAC.
The university offers many undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate courses. In various fields such as business administration, commerce, computer applications, arts, media, and library science.
Pooja Pal -She is an alumnus of Subharti University, and later in the year 2017 she became a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Uttar Pradesh.
Dr Tanu Jain – She did BDS from Subharti and then went on to join the civil services.

Subharti Online University has a very straightforward eligibility standard for students to apply for its different courses. Students must have completed Class 10+2 from a recognised board to be eligible for the university's various UG courses. The reservation category students are allowed to avail of a lower percentage of 40%.
Students who wish to enrol in PG programs such as MA, M.Com, MCA, MBA, or MLIS must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university. The norm is about 50% of the total marks, as specified in the course.

The fees for undergraduate courses are approximately INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 per semester or INR 10,000 to INR 20,000 per year, along with a one-time registration fee of around INR 1,500.
And the most popular Subharti University distance MBA fees vary between INR 7,000 and INR 13,000 per semester or INR 26,000 and INR 35,000 annually. The Diploma and certificate courses, on the other hand, cost less than INR 5,000 to INR 15,000 in total. And students can pay semester-wise so that they can manage their expenses better.
Students who want to get a Subharti University degree can apply online through a very simple process on the official website.
First, they go to the Subharti Online University website and sign up with their name, email, and mobile number to make an account.
After that, they enter the requested data in the online form, choose their course, and attach the documents like the Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, Aadhaar card, photo, and degree certificates for PG programs. Then they pay a registration fee of about INR 200 to INR 1,650 online through net banking or card.
The university verifies the details and admission is given by merit without any entrance test in most online courses, and study materials along with login credentials for classes are sent.
Students also have the option to download the form, complete it offline, and send it by post with a demand draft if they wish that way.
The university conducts exams online mode twice yearly, so students can take tests from home at a convenient time. After entering their ID and password on the official site, students check their exam schedule, hall ticket, and results through the Subharti DDE student login portal. The June-July exams for 2025-26 will be from around June 15 to July 15, and the December-January exams will be from December 20 to January 20.
Subharti Online University publishes results on its website within 30 to 45 days after the end of each exam session.
In the case of June-July 2025 exams, the results are available around August 15, and the December-January 2026 exams show the results by February 15. Students use their ID and password to log into their student portal to check their marks, download scorecards, and view semester grades for all courses.
Students can request revaluation online through the same portal by paying a small fee within 15 days of the result announcement.
The university is providing placement services through a dedicated cell, which acts as a liaison between companies and students. The cell arranges online career workshops, resume-building programs and virtual career fairs twice a year to prepare students for interviews.
Over 70 per cent of the pass-outs who are eligible for courses like MBA and BBA are placed in companies like TCS, Wipro, HDFC Bank and local firms in IT, finance and management.
Generally, the salary offerings ranged between INR 3 to INR 5 LPA for freshers and for toppers. It can go up to INR 7 LPA. The university is constantly updating its Placement Portal with new opportunities and Alumni testimonials for the session 2025-26.
