Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar, has been on top of the game in terms of placement performance and has been ranked among the best government universities in North India in terms of employability and industry connectivity. In the 2025 placement season, GNDU registered a great placement rate of 84.89, and more than 92 companies were participating in diverse fields.

The GNDU top package in the year 2025 was an amazing 44 LPA, which was offered to a student of B.Tech Computer Engineering by Guidewire Software.
It involved 33.26 LPA cash and 10.74 LPA stock units, the highest package ever offered in the history of GNDU.
