For those of you who are now students and intend to become future leaders (not just workers!) India is
the right place. The reason is the most interesting report released by Morgan and Stanley a holy
respected international consulting group in India.

I would like to dwell a little on some of the key points for today’s generation.

There are 5 factors that run the spurt in the outlook:

1. Degital transformation from Adhaar to UPI payment systems and ease of payments through
mobile and email.
2. Infrastructure (read as Road and Rail transportation becoming faster and easier) that leads to
better availability of resources for better and faster manufacturing facilities. Energy
transformation in abundance is one more factor.
3. These have led our country to the fastest-growing economy. India is going to be the fastest-growing economy in the world, surpassing Japan, and Germany.
4. Our GDP will be reaching # 7.5 trillion from current 3.5 trillion $.
5. Today Bharat is a global offshoring giant. Today many firms are ready to accept workers
offshoring from India than migrating to other countries.

Now to talk a little of current immigrants to USA especially. The news is that companies in Bharat are
NOT wanting their employees working for them in the USA to get Green Card easily. There is a talk that
for many years Green card processing is getting delayed. I know many such cases even in my family
circle and others.

Bharat is today recognized, as a Global offshoring giant and today countries are willing to take those in
India on their pay roles, then, expecting them to relocate overseas, which is quite costly.
Also, many of the employees who come to the USA are NOT getting their green card due to the fact, it is
found that they are not found to be fit for the job and lack basic communicating abilities. Today’s
communication also has widened and needs better skills.

In short when so many opportunities are arising in India, a student must look out for both the
opportunities to grow, if he is in India, or if he is relocating to another nation. The key factor one must
keep in mind is what is your level of confidence, based on the reality of your abilities and preparations.
