Ramachandran International Institute of Management provides two-year full-time management courses such as MBA, PGDM, and Management Development Program (MDP). The MBA course is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, and the other course. The PGDM is approved and affiliated with the All India Council of Technical Education and Association of Indian Management Professionals (AIMA-CME).
The specialisations are available within these courses for Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Pharmaceutical Management, and Agri-Business Management. The training also includes the International Business Exposure Program (IBEP).
The training includes international exposure through visits to Dubai and the UK. The certification programs are also offered related to business, such as SAP, Business Analytics, and Digital Marketing.

The Ramachandran International Institute of Management also accepts scores of common management entrance tests such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and ATMA. The CAT exam for the year 2025 will be held on November 30, 2025. The XAT exam for the year 2026 will be organised on January 4, 2026.
The MAT exam is organised four times a year, and the important ones are the September and December sessions of the year 2025. CMAT will be organised in late January of the year 2026. And the registrations will take place during the middle of the year in October and November months.
