Ramachandra International Institute of Management (RIIM) is one of the top management institutes of Pune. The institute was started in 2014 by visionary leader and entrepreneur Mr Suraj Sharma. It is the first corporate-style B-school in Pune. 

RIIM offers flagship programs like the Advanced Employability & Leadership Development Programme (AELDP) and Management Development Programme (MDP). The course structure includes a practical training method of nearly 70%. It highlights skill development, accounting for 30%, which includes theory.

It holds AICTE approval, and its MBA program is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University.

RIIM Courses 

Ramachandran International Institute of Management provides two-year full-time management courses such as MBA, PGDM, and Management Development Program (MDP). The MBA course is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, and the other course. The PGDM is approved and affiliated with the All India Council of Technical Education and Association of Indian Management Professionals (AIMA-CME). 

The specialisations are available within these courses for Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Pharmaceutical Management, and Agri-Business Management. The training also includes the International Business Exposure Program (IBEP). 

The training includes international exposure through visits to Dubai and the UK. The certification programs are also offered related to business, such as SAP, Business Analytics, and Digital Marketing. 

RIIM Eligibility Criteria 

The candidate should hold a degree of graduation in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for the reserved categories). And final year appearing students are also eligible to apply. 

The candidate needs to have a valid score of any of the national and state management entrance exams, such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT, and MH-CET. The candidate would be selected through a ranking that includes the management entrance exam. It is followed by a discussion and personal interaction. 

The candidate also gets a chance to be considered if they get a degree through distance education and are the first convert of the company. The candidate has to apply online and offline to be considered for admission. 

RIIM Admission Process 

We have mentioned the general steps for getting RIIM Admission for the academic session of 2025-26. 

• Ensure that you have completed your graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.

• Choose any of the key entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and ATMA.

• Go to the RIIM website and apply using the online form.

• Payment of the INR 1000 application fee online.

• If shortlisted, then attend the group discussion and personal interview sessions.

• Wait for the admission result through the exam performance and the interview.

• If selected, you are required to pay INR 50,000 as the registration fee.

• Submit all documents required and pay the tuition fee charges as per the schedule.

• Join the program after all the formalities of admission are completed.

RIIM Exam 2025 

The Ramachandran International Institute of Management also accepts scores of common management entrance tests such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and ATMA. The CAT exam for the year 2025 will be held on November 30, 2025. The XAT exam for the year 2026 will be organised on January 4, 2026. 

The MAT exam is organised four times a year, and the important ones are the September and December sessions of the year 2025. CMAT will be organised in late January of the year 2026. And the registrations will take place during the middle of the year in October and November months. 

The usual date of the exam for ATMA is August. The tests check the abilities of the candidate in the subjects of quantitative aptitude, language abilities, reasoning, and general knowledge.

RIIM Result 2025

As of the year of publication (2025), the maximum salary package offered within the country is INR 12 lakh, and the international maximum package is INR 18 lakh. 

The average salary package during the domestic placement remains around INR 6 to 7.5 lakh per year.
