Rajasthan NEET PG counselling has 4 rounds:
Round 1
Round 2
Round 3
Stray Vacancy Round
All rounds are done online. The first three follow state rules. The stray round is used to fill leftover seats.
For NEET PG 2025 in Rajasthan, the bond rules are simple but strict.
1. Service requirement
You must complete 2 years of government service after your PG degree.
2. Bond amount
The penalty depends on your speciality:
Top clinical branches like Dermatology, Radiology, Medicine and Gynaecology have a bond of about ₹1.5 crore.
Other clinical subjects usually fall around ₹1 crore.
Pre-clinical and para-clinical branches have a smaller bond of ₹25 lakh.
3. If you break the bond
You have to pay the full penalty mentioned for your branch.
Rajasthan is not a fully open state for NEET PG counselling.
Here is the simple rule:
Government colleges: Most seats are reserved for candidates who completed their MBBS in Rajasthan or meet the state’s eligibility criteria.
Private colleges: These seats are open to students from any state.
Stray vacancy round: Any leftover seats become open to all NEET-PG qualified candidates, no matter where they studied.
So, Rajasthan is partially open, but not fully open from the beginning.
