The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has launched a One-Time Registration (OTR) system to simplify the application process for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) and all future state recruitment exams.
Operational from July 14, 2026, this platform eliminates the need for candidates to repeatedly input personal data when applying for different state government posts. The commission hosts the portal specifically at the UPSSSC OTR Page.
Single Profile Creation: Candidates submit their credentials once to build a permanent digital profile.
Unique OTR Number: The system generates a permanent ID to auto-fill future job applications.
Zero Cost: The registration facility is entirely free of cost for all new and existing applicants.
Three-Year PET Validity: Alongside OTR, the commission confirmed that PET scores will remain valid for three years.
Highest Score Use: If an applicant holds multiple valid PET scores, they can use the highest score for applications.
To set up an OTR account on the official UPSSSC Portal, candidates must provide and verify the following details:
Contact Verification: Active mobile number and email address.
Personal Information: Applicant name, parents' names, date of birth, category, and permanent address.
Academic Background: Qualification certificates and educational history.
Biometrics & Docs: A colour photograph taken within the last six months and a digital signature in the prescribed format.
No Modifications Allowed: Once an OTR number is generated, the submitted information cannot be changed or edited. Candidates must review their data thoroughly before final submission.
