The National Testing Agency (NTA) published the download link for the UGC December NET 2025 e-Certificate and JRF Award Letter. Candidates who successfully qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET) can now access their digital certificates via the official NTA website ugcnet.nta.nic.in

Following the declaration of results earlier this year, the release of these e-certificates marks the final step for candidates seeking eligibility for Assistant Professor roles and Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) across Indian universities.  

How to Download UGC NET December 2025 e-Certificate

Qualified candidates can follow these simple steps to secure their documents:

  • Visit Official Site: Navigate to ugcnet.nta.nic.in or the dedicated NTA e-Certificate portal.

  • Select Institution: Choose "UGC-NET" from the dropdown menu and enter the captcha.

  • Login Details: Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and the session (December 2025).

  • Download: Once the dashboard opens, click on the 'Download e-Certificate' or 'JRF Award Letter' button.

  • Print: Save the PDF and take a printout for future recruitment and admission processes.

Important Validity Guidelines

  • Assistant Professor: The testimonial is valid for life.

  • JRF Award Letter: The fellowship award is valid for three years from the date of issue. Candidates must enrol in a PhD program within this window to be eligible for financial assistance.
