Candidates must meet the following strict parameters to qualify for the selection process:
Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation (Class 10) or its equivalent from a recognised board.
Technical Requirement: A valid National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) or ITI in the Electrician/Wireman trade.
Language Mandatory: Must have passed Punjabi language up to the Matriculation level.
Age Bracket: Applicants must be between 18 and 37 years of age. Category-wise age relaxation applies per state norms.
Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary package under the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) matrix.
Initial Pay Scale: INR 19,900 to INR 19,990 per month.
Probation Period: Fixed monthly emoluments during the mandatory training period without extra allowances.
