NMDC Recruitment 2026: The New Selection Scheme

The corporation will no longer rely solely on direct skill assessments. To filter candidates systematically, NMDC has introduced a written test phase. The updated recruitment process now consists of:

  • Computer-Based Test (CBT): Applicants must clear an initial written online exam.

  • Shortlisting Cutoff: Candidates will be filtered for the next stage in a strict 1:3 ratio based on CBT merit.

  • Supervisory Skill Test: Shortlisted applicants will undergo a mandatory Supervisory Skill Assessment.

  • Document Verification: Final selection is subject to strict certificate verification.
