The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), has opened online applications for its prestigious Technical Internship Programme (Summer/July Session 2026).

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the technical internship scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent tech degrees.

For applicants from non-engineering backgrounds, NeGD is running a parallel Non-Technical Summer Internship Track featuring 10 slots for Programme Management, Content Writing, and Capacity Building.
