The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has officially released the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) Admit Card 2026. Registered candidates preparing for this state-level eligibility examination can now access and download their respective hall tickets directly from the official portal at jac.jharkhand.gov.in or jactetonline.com.
The offline, OMR-based entrance examination is scheduled to be held on November 1, 2026, across multiple designated test centres throughout the state of Jharkhand. The test is a mandatory qualification criterion for individuals seeking primary and upper-primary level teaching positions within government-aided schools.
Required Credentials: Candidates can download the hall ticket by logging into the portal with their Application Registration Number and Date of Birth (or Password).
Two-Shift Timings: The exam will take place back-to-back in two shifts. Paper 1 (Upper Primary, Classes 6-8) is from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, while Paper 2 (Primary, Classes 1-5) is from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Reporting Protocol: Applicants must arrive at their assigned venues exactly two hours prior to their shift. Gate closure happens strictly 30 minutes before the test begins.
Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry a physical printed copy of the admit card alongside a valid government-issued photo ID (such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID) for security verification at the venue.
Candidates are heavily advised to review all personal details, exam shift assignments, and specified venue protocols upon downloading the PDF.
