IIFT MBA Admission 2027: Apply Online for MBA IB and BA Programs

The official registration process for IIFT MBA Admission 2027 is now underway for the upcoming 2027–2029 management batch. Candidates seeking IIFT MBA Admission 2027 must submit their applications through the official website,iift.ac.in. before the final deadline on November 25, 2026.

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) will select candidates for its flagship MBA (International Business) and MBA (Business Analytics) programs using CAT 2026 scores, completely bypassing an institutional entrance exam. The national CAT exam is scheduled for November 29, 2026.

• Total Available Seats: 780 across Delhi, Kolkata, Kakinada, and GIFT City campuses.

• Expected CAT Cut-off: 93 to 95 percentile.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (IB): A recognized Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD). Professional qualifications like CA/CS/CMA are also accepted.

• MBA (BA): A graduate degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) OR a degree with Mathematics/Statistics as a subject, scoring at least 50% marks.

Selection Process

The admission matrix uses a two-stage screening process. First, candidates are shortlisted based on their CAT 2026 percentiles and graduation profiles. IIFT does not consider Class 10 or 12 marks for this initial shortlisting.

In the second stage, shortlisted individuals must clear the Group Discussion (GD), Writing Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interview (PI) rounds conducted in March and April 2027.
