Eligibility Criteria for IFFCO GET 2026

To be eligible for the GET position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant engineering branches. Candidates who graduated in 2023 or later are eligible. Final-year students expecting results by August 2026 can also apply.
Minimum Marks: General and OBC candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks, while SC/ST candidates require 55% marks.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 30 years as of April 30, 2026. Standard age relaxations apply for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC-NCL (3 years) categories.

Selection Process and Salary Package

The selection process for IFFCO GET 2026 consists of a Preliminary Online Test, followed by a Proctored Final Test at designated centres. Candidates who clear the written exams will be called for a Personal Interview.

During the one-year training period, selected candidates will receive a stipend of approximately INR 65,000 per month. Upon successful completion of training and absorption into the regular grade, the CTC (Cost to Company) is expected to follow the prevailing industry standards for Class-I officers.
