The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the ICSI CS December 2026 Exam Schedule for its flagship Executive and Professional programmes. Candidates preparing for the upcoming winter session can now access and download the comprehensive, subject-wise timetable directly from the official portal.
According to the official ICSI Examination Portal, the examinations for both the CS Executive and CS Professional courses are scheduled to commence on December 21, 2026. The entire examination cycle will conclude on December 28, 2026.
ICSI has uniform testing hours across all exam centres.
Single Shift: All papers will be held from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM IST.
Reading Window: The first 15 minutes (2:00 PM to 2:15 PM) are reserved exclusively for reading the question paper.
Holiday Break: No examinations will be conducted on Friday, December 25, 2026, in observance of Christmas.

To clear the December session, candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks in each individual paper alongside an overall aggregate of 50% marks across all papers in a module.
Students are reminded that clearing the online Pre-Examination Test and completing the One Day Orientation Programme (ODOP) are absolute prerequisites before filling out the main examination enrollment forms.
