The Federal Bank announced the first recruitment campaign for Graduate Apprentices for the current year. Eligible graduates can now apply for this one-year training program through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal nats.education.gov.in.
This one-year training is facilitated with a stipend of INR 18,000, and the vacancies are in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. The selection process includes application verification and Personal Interviews.
The following is the eligibility measurement for the candidates as of the March 1, 2026 announcement.
Must be a Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised Indian University (Full-time course only).
Maximum age must not exceed 28 years (candidates must be born on or after March 1, 1998).
Other Conditions:
Applicants must not have undergone previous apprenticeship training.
Recent graduates who have completed their degree within the last 4 years.
Prior work experience must not exceed one year.
