Federal Bank Apprentice Recruitment Opens for Graduates; Apply from Here

The Federal Bank announced the first recruitment campaign for Graduate Apprentices for the current year. Eligible graduates can now apply for this one-year training program through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal nats.education.gov.in. 

This one-year training is facilitated with a stipend of INR 18,000, and the vacancies are in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. The selection process includes application verification and Personal Interviews.

Federal Bank Apprentice Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria 

The following is the eligibility measurement for the candidates as of the March 1, 2026 announcement.

• Must be a Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised Indian University (Full-time course only).

• Maximum age must not exceed 28 years (candidates must be born on or after March 1, 1998).

• Other Conditions:

• Applicants must not have undergone previous apprenticeship training.

• Recent graduates who have completed their degree within the last 4 years.

• Prior work experience must not exceed one year.

2. Log in and search for the Federal Bank advertisement under the "Apply Against Advertised Vacancies" section
