The University of Delhi (DU) has officially opened registration for its highly anticipated DU Placements 2026 cycle. Undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students looking for corporate jobs and internships can now apply online through the official portal at placement.du.ac.in.
This year’s drive is headlined by AVASAR 2026: Placement & Internship Fair. Organised by the Central Placement Cell (CPC) under the Office of the Dean Students' Welfare, the initiative acts as a vital bridge connecting DU’s talented student body with top-tier corporate recruiters, multinational corporations, private firms, and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
To participate in the recruitment drives, eligible students from all DU-affiliated colleges must complete their registration on the CPC portal. The platform allows students to upload their resumes, highlight academic milestones, and apply directly for tailored corporate profiles.
The placement cell ensures complete logistical and infrastructural support for visiting recruiters, facilitating smooth multi-stage selection processes. Alongside recruitment, the CPC is scheduled to host skill-enhancement workshops and career counselling seminars to help final-year students ace corporate interviews.
The registration window is open to final-year students across various streams, including UG, PG, B.Tech, and Ph.D. programmes. Interested candidates are advised to register early to avoid last-minute portal traffic and to track upcoming recruiter announcements under the website's 'Events' section. For official inquiries, candidates can reach out directly via email at placement@du.ac.in.
