The Central Board of Secondary Education has issued an official CBSE circular for Vigilance Awareness Week, directing all affiliated schools to participate in the national e-Integrity Pledge campaign. Running from October 26 to November 1, 2026, the initiative is organized in collaboration with the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) to promote ethical values among students and educators.

This year’s national campaign centers around the theme “Probity for Prosperity” (?????????? ?? ???????), underlining the vital link between structural honesty and national growth.

CBSE Vigilance Awareness Week Guidelines

In accordance with the official directives, school heads are instructed to integrate anti-corruption awareness into their weekly schedules. The board outlines specific mandates for building ethical awareness across all student demographics:

  • Mass Assemblies: Hosting school-wide, synchronized pledge-taking ceremonies for students, teachers, and administrative staff.

  • Academic Contests: Organizing creative writing, quizzes, and debate competitions centered around honesty in examinations and daily life.

  • Public Awareness: Displaying student artwork from the joint CBSE-CVC poster-making initiatives across notice boards and school digital portals.
