Bihar B.Ed. CET 2026 Registration Begins: Get Link to Apply

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU) has opened the online registration portal for the Bihar B.Ed. Common Entrance Test (CET-BED) 2026. Aspiring teachers across the state can now submit their applications for admission into the 2-year B.Ed. and Shiksha Shastri programmes for the 2026-28 academic session via the official website biharbedcet-brabu. in.   

Key Deadlines for Candidates

The registration process, which commenced on April 27, 2026, is strictly time-bound. Candidates are advised to complete their submissions by May 18, 2026, to avoid late fees. For those who miss the initial deadline, a late registration window will be open from May 19 to May 21, 2026.

According to the official notification, the Bihar B.Ed. CET 2026 Exam is scheduled to be held on June 7, 2026, across various district centres, including Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, and Bhagalpur.

Eligibility and Application Fee

To be eligible, general category candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 50% marks. For those with a B.E. or B.Tech degree specialising in Science and Mathematics, a minimum of 55% marks is required.

The application fee structure is as follows:

• General Category: INR 1,000

• EWS, BC, EBC, Women, and PwD: INR 750

• SC/ST: INR 500
