The Bar Council of India (BCI) released the AIBE 21 (XXI) Provisional Answer Key 2026 today, June 12, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the All India Bar Examination on June 7, 2026, can now download the official answer key PDF and view their response sheets. The download link is active on the official website: allindiabarexamination.com.
Law graduates can utilise the provisional key to calculate their estimated scores ahead of the official result declaration. The BCI has simultaneously opened the online objection window for candidates to challenge any discrepancies in the master answer keys.
Candidates can check and download their set-wise (Set A, Set B, Set C, and Set D) answer keys by following these steps:
Visit the official BCI examination portal: allindiabarexamination.com.
Click on the notification link for "AIBE XXI Provisional Answer Key" on the homepage.
Enter your login credentials, including your roll number and date of birth.
Select your specific question paper booklet code.
The AIBE 21 Answer Key PDF will appear on the screen.
Download and print the PDF for your reference.
Candidates who find errors in the provisional answers can file formal objections online.
Objection Deadline: The window remains open until June 17, 2026 (11:59 PM).
Objection Fee: Candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of ?500 per challenged question.
Supporting Documents: Objections must be accompanied by valid, authoritative legal text proofs to be considered by the BCI expert committee.
The All India Bar Examination is a qualifying exam required to obtain the Certificate of Practice (CoP). The minimum passing criteria are:
General / OBC Candidates: 45% minimum marks.
SC / ST / PwD Candidates: 40% minimum marks.
The final AIBE 21 answer key and the final results will be compiled and published after reviewing all valid student grievances.
