Bank of Baroda (BOB) released a notification for the Bank of Baroda Sportsperson Recruitment 2026. The organisation is seeking applications from meritorious athletes to fill 30 vacancies for the post of Customer Service Associate (Clerical Cadre).
The recruitment drive aims to strengthen the bank’s sports teams while providing professional career opportunities to elite athletes. Online registrations have commenced today and will remain open until May 12, 2026.
The 30 available positions are distributed across specific sports categories, focusing on both male and female athletes:
Cricket (Men): 10 Vacancies
Football (Men): 10 Vacancies
Kabaddi (Men): 04 Vacancies
Table Tennis (Men & Women): 06 Vacancies
To be eligible for the BOB positions 2026, candidates must meet the following requirements as of April 1, 2026:
Education: A Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years (relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC and meritorious sportspersons).
Sports Achievement: Candidates must have represented the country, state, or university in national/international competitions within the last two years.
Credit History: A minimum CIBIL score of 680 is mandatory at the time of joining.
The BOB selection process offers candidates an opportunity to be evaluated through a rigorous three-stage assessment:
initial shortlisting based on sports credentials, followed by mandatory field trials to evaluate on-ground technical skills, and a final personal interview.
Successful recruits will enjoy a competitive BOB sports quota salary in the clerical cadre, featuring a pay scale of INR 24,050 to INR 64,480 along with comprehensive banking benefits and allowances.
