Mizoram University (MZU) gives most undergraduate admissions based on CUETUG 2025 scores, and a few undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate, and post-doctoral courses use MZU Entrance (Non-CUET) in 2025. The whole application and counselling procedure is done via the Samarth Portal, which ensures that the process is centralised, transparent, and structured in the management of admissions.

Mizoram University's admission process of 2025 will include selection criteria that are structured on the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUET), services to non-CUET applicants, and online and distance learning to support diverse students. Organised schedules, open digital portals, and levels of eligibility all contribute to the MZU belief in meritocratic admissions, which meet national standards but can also afford dynamic academic pathways in different directions.
