The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has commenced the online registration process for Class 10 (high school) and Class 12 (intermediate) private candidates appearing in the UP Board Exam 2027.

Students intending to sit for these examinations can now access the official website at upmsp.edu.in to download the required forms and initiate their enrolment process through designated institutional centres.

UP Board 2027 Registration: Complete Schedule and Crucial Deadlines

The board has issued a strict timeline for the submission of examination forms and fees. Candidates must ensure compliance with these dates to avoid late penalties or registration cancellation:

  • August 5, 2026: Final deadline to submit application forms and fees without any late fee.

  • August 10, 2026: Last date for institutional heads to deposit the examination fee via treasury challan.

  • August 16, 2026: Final cut-off to submit applications with a ?100 late fee penalty.

  • August 20, 2026: Deadline for forwarding centres to upload candidate details online.

  • August 21-August 31, 2026: Verification period for student details by respective centres.

  • September 30, 2026: Final submission of student photo lists and treasury fund letters by centres to the regional board offices.

How to Apply for UP Board Class 10 and 12 Private Exams

Private candidates cannot upload their credentials directly to the UPMSP portal. Instead, they must follow an offline-to-online institutional process:

  • Step 1: Visit the official UPMSP website at upmsp.edu.in.

  • Step 2: Download the printable private candidate registration form from the notifications panel.

  • Step 3: Fill in all requested personal and academic details with accurate information.

  • Step 4: Submit the completed form, necessary educational documents, and photographs to an authorised UP Board-affiliated forwarding school.

  • Step 5: Pay the prescribed board examination fee directly to the school principal, who will deposit it via treasury challan and securely upload the student data to examreg.upmsp.edu.in.

Important Guidelines for UP Board 2027 Private Candidates

UPMSP has urged all applicants to exercise extreme caution during the registration phase. Candidates must meticulously verify their name spellings, parents' names, dates of birth, and selected subject codes. The board emphasised that absolutely no modifications, subject additions, or alternate corrections will be permitted under any circumstances once the official correction window closes on September 10, 2026.

Students are advised to keep regular contact with their chosen forwarding centres to ensure their applications are verified and successfully uploaded before the respective deadlines.
