The Department of School Education, Telangana, published a notification for the Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TGTET) June 2026 session. Aspiring teachers looking to secure positions in government and private schools across the state can now begin their application process. 

The online application portal for TGTET June 2026 is active as of April 15, 2026. Eligible candidates have a 15-day window to complete their registration, with the deadline set for April 30, 2026. 

Telangana TET Exam Date Schedule

The TGTET 2026 exam will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) across multiple shifts to accommodate the high volume of applicants.

Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test 2026

The exam consists of two papers:

  • Paper I: For candidates aiming to teach Classes I to V.

  • Paper II: For candidates aiming to teach Classes VI to VIII.

For Telangana Teacher Jobs 2026, candidates meeting the minimum educational qualifications (D.El. Ed/B.Ed) are eligible to appear for both papers if they choose.
