The Reserve Bank of India opened the application window on January 15, 2026, and today is the last day to apply, which is February 4, 2026. The link to get the latest updates is opportunities.rbi.org.in. 

The IBPS Registration Portal for RBI is the official website to create a profile and submit the form directly.

The registration and fee payment window will close today as well at 11:59 PM, so applicants are advised to submit their forms without further delay. 

The vacant positions are filled across RBI regional offices in India.

RBI Recruitment Eligibility 2026  

  • Education: Minimum 10th Standard (Matriculation) pass. Note that graduates and those with higher qualifications are generally not eligible for this role.

  • Age: Between 18 and 25 years (as of January 1, 2026).

  • Language: Proficiency in the local language of the state/UT for which you are applying is mandatory.

The selection process begins with a written examination, followed by a language assessment to determine whether candidates achieve the necessary proficiency requirements or not.

  • Selection Process: Online Test followed by a Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

  • Exam Dates: Tentatively on February 28 and March 1, 2026

  • Application Fee: 

    • Rs. 450 for General/OBC/EWS
