The High Court of Allahabad published a recruitment notification for the Private Secretary Grade-I Examination 2026. The total vacancies are 195 to fill the vacant positions. The High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is hosting the recruitment cycle, with the assistance of the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the online application and examination phases.
The exam date will be notified soon. Applicants can apply through the recruitment sections of the official websites, exams.nta.nic.in/allhcre and www.allahabadhighcourt.in.
The candidates must be proficient in academic as well as skill-based requirements. The details are as follows:
A Bachelor’s Degree from a university established by law in India or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Stenography Skills are mandatory with a minimum speed of 100 words per minute (WPM) in English shorthand.
Typing Skills should be a minimum speed of 40 WPM in English typewriting on a computer.
Proficiency in Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operations is mandatory.
Applicants must be between 21 and 35 years of age as of 1 July 2026.

General / OBC: INR 1,900.
SC / ST / EWS (of Uttar Pradesh): INR 1,700
Selected candidates will get the 7th CPC, and the salary range starts from INR 56,100.
