Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2026; Check for Application Link

The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, released the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2026 notification for primary and upper primary teacher recruitment. The applications will open on 26 March 2026 and will close on 9 April 2026. The exam will be conducted on 29th May 2026 (Paper I & II).

OTET 2026: Eligibility & Application

The following are the eligibility criteria for the aspirants.

• Candidates must be Odisha residents.

• Minimum age requirement is 21 years.

• The mandatory academic eligibility includes a 50% score in higher secondary with D.El.Ed (Paper I) or graduation with B.Ed/D.El.Ed (Paper II). A 5% mark relaxation applies to SC/ST/SEBC/PwD candidates.

• Eligible candidates can apply at the official portal by registering, uploading documents, and paying fees (INR 600 General, INR 400 SC/ST).
