The Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Entrance Test (OAVET) 2026 declared admission test results on February 9, 2026. The exam was conducted on January 9, 2026, for admission in grade 6 and lateral entry for Classes VII, VIII, and IX for the 2026–27 academic session.

For successful applicants, the admission process will start from February 12, 2026, to till april 30,2026.
For admission, these documents are mandatory to submit.
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school.
Birth Certificate and Aadhaar details.
Residential Certificate (from Tahsildar/Sarpanch).
Certificate of Recognition (CoR) of the previous school.
Caste Certificate (if applicable).
Admission to the 314 Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas (OAVs) is strictly based on the district-wise and block-wise merit lists approved by the Collector and District Magistrate.
Selected applicants can easily check their allotted school by reviewing the official merit list and related documents released by OAVS.
The merit list published on February 9, 2026, includes your name, roll number, and the school allotted based on your rank and block.
You can also download the complete list of 314 OAVs from the official OAVS website under the “OAVET/OMAVET 2026” section to locate the school in your district.
In most cases, the admission school is the block-level OAV for which candidates originally applied.
