The CUET UG 2026 application deadline was originally scheduled for midnight on January 15th, but it has been moved to 11:50 PM on February 4, 2026. The Portal Cuet is used to enrol undergraduates in various courses. NTA. Nic. in.
The National Testing Agency has given another extension for people to file their applications for the Common University Entrance Test – undergrad (CUET UG) 2026. It is now possible to apply online for the entrance exam for bachelor's degrees till 11:50 PM on February 4, 2026.
Those students willing to take admission in the UG courses from various universities like central, state, private, deemed or govt etc. should complete the registration process at cuet. nta. nic. In.
The organisation also published an updated schedule indicating when candidates should pay the revised 2026 CUET UG registration fee and make use of the correction window. Candidates must confirm whether they are eligible to apply. These exams will be online and computer-based, taking place nationally and in selected foreign locations from May 11-30, 2026.

The following must be completed to apply for the CUET 2026:
1. Go to cuet. nta. nic. in
2. Press on “Registration for CUET (UG)–2026 is LIVE”
3. Choose New Registration then make an account
4. Provide information such as: personal data, educational background, exam centre choice, APAAR ID, and subject selection
5. Pay the applicable fee through online mode as per your category
6. Check and send the filled application form
7. Save a copy of the confirmation page you intend to download for your records.
Along with the registration extension:
Final fee payment is now allowed until February 7, 2026.
The application correction window will be open from February 9 to February 11, 2026 for candidates who have already submitted forms and need to make changes.
