The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) announced the FMGE timetable for the June session 2026. This is a screening test for foreign students who want to do medical practice in India. The registration window is expected to open within the 1st week of April, while the admit card will be released before the 1 or 2 week of the exams.

The exam pattern includes a computer-based exam (CBT) in 2 shifts. The details are given below.
Part A (Shift 1): 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Part B (Shift 2): 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Total Questions: 300 Multiple Choice Questions (150 per part)
Qualifying Marks: Candidates must score at least 150 out of 300 to pass.
There is no negative marking for any wrong answer, and for each correct answer, examinees were awarded 1 mark. For Registration, aspiring candidates must get an eligibility certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC) before applying. Application fee is INR 7,080 with GST.
