Konkan Railway Announces Executive Recruitment 2026

The Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL), a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, releases its Executive Recruitment 2026 Notification (Employment Notice No. CO/P-R/01/2026). The corporation is seeking qualified professionals for 17 Junior Scale Executive (Group-B) positions across various technical and administrative departments.

Vacancy Breakdown

The drive covers 11 distinct disciplines, offering opportunities for engineers, doctors, and management graduates: 

• Engineering & IT: Assistant Engineer (Civil), Assistant Manager (IT), and Assistant Engineers in Mechanical, Electrical, Signal & Telecom, and Materials.

• Management & Finance: Assistant Traffic Manager (4 posts), Assistant Financial Advisor (2 posts), and Assistant Personnel Officer.

• Medical & Admin: Assistant Medical Officer (3 posts) and Assistant Deputy General Manager.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria For KRCL Jobs 2026

Candidates must be aged between 18 and 30 years as of April 1, 2026, with standard age relaxations for reserved categories. Educational requirements vary by post:

• Technical Posts: Require a relevant Engineering Degree plus a valid GATE score from 2023, 2024, or 2025.

• Management Posts: Require Graduation and an MBA with a valid CAT score.

• Finance & Medical: Require CA/CMA or MBBS degrees, respectively.

Selected candidates will be placed in the 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-8, with salaries ranging from INR 47,600 to INR 1,51,100 plus applicable allowances.
