The official Kerala Plus One Improvement Exam 2026 revised timetable has officially commenced today, October 17, 2026, forcing a major shift in the final examination pipeline.
Candidates appearing for the Kerala Plus One Improvement Exam 2026 must note that all remaining papers have been condensed into today’s forenoon and afternoon sessions following a sudden postponement of earlier papers. For the latest circulars and individual results notifications, students can access the official Kerala DHSE Portal.
The final day of the DHSE Plus One improvement schedule is structured into two main shifts:
Forenoon Session (9:30 AM): Core papers including Biology, Electronics, Political Science, Sanskrit Sahithya, Computer Application, and English Literature are being administered. Biology students receive a 25-minute cool-off period split between Botany and Zoology.
Afternoon Session (2:00 PM): This block accommodates the rescheduled papers from October 16. The exam duration runs until 4:15 PM for subjects with practicals and 4:45 PM for non-practical papers.
A major logistical challenge today is the clash with the Kerala State PSC examination, which is concurrently scheduled at select school centres this afternoon. To prevent disruptions, Chief Superintendents have implemented strict classroom zoning and structural seating arrangements to ensure both student cohorts can write their exams smoothly.
Candidates must present their official admit card and school identity proof at the reporting gates. Authorities have instructed students to arrive early to locate their revised room assignments due to the shared PSC exam venues.
