The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited invites applications from candidates for the post of Management Trainee-Human Resource to be posted in any of its units, anywhere in PAN India. The job would require transfer to any of the present or new units and their subsidiaries.

Candidates who meet the required criteria will be allowed to apply on the website. The organisation has made a public declaration that no other medium of application shall be accepted, and that application forms will be accepted until April 29, 2026.

Eligibility criteria and educational qualifications

Candidates must have completed either a five-year integrated MBA program or a two-year full-time MBA/PGDM specialising in Human Resource or Personnel Management from an institution of high repute as per UGC or AICTE norms.

Applicants must know about handling computers. Those from General and OBC must attain a minimum of (60%), while those in SC/ST should get at least 50%. Those who have a CGPA should convert the percentage form as per the specified guidelines during the submission of the application.

The maximum age for the applicants is 25 years as on 30th April 2026. The relaxation in age would be granted on the rules applicable, whereby 5 years in case of applicants from SC/ST categories and 3 years in case of applicants from OBC without Creamy Layer.

Selection Procedure and Training Details

In order to select eligible applicants among all applications for posts, initially, the applicant has to go through a computer-based online examination. The final decision on conducting this examination would be taken by the organisation based on the number of applications submitted. The short-listed candidates on the basis of results in the online test would then be called for the interview round.

Before being finalised as a candidate, there would be medical tests as per the rules after the candidates clear the interview.

Stipend would be paid to all selected candidates as per the rule for a one-year training duration at the rate of approximately Rs. 55,000/- per month along with HRA, etc.
