The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the official CBSE datesheet 2027 for Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations soon. The official schedule will be able to access it directly on the board's website, cbse.gov.in.
Following the trends set in the previous academic cycle, the tentative schedule is projected for late September 2026, with the final comprehensive timetable expected by November 2026.
According to early board guidelines, the main theory examinations will commence in mid-February 2027 and conclude by April 2027. Practical evaluations for both classes are scheduled to take place across schools between January and February 2027.
Dual-Board Option: Class 10 students will continue to benefit from the two-board exam system, allowing them to take an optional second phase in May 2027 to improve their scores.
Standard Slots: Theory papers will run in a single shift from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Academic Resources: To help students prepare, CBSE has made subject-wise sample question papers and marking schemes available on its academic portal.
Officials have advised students and schools to monitor the central site exclusively for authentic PDF downloads to avoid unverified timetables.
