Based on previous years’ timelines, the PU CET exam for 2026 will take place on June 17. Dates for PU CET registrations, admit cards, PG results, and counseling will follow similar patterns (registrations closed on June 2, admit cards issued on June 9, results on July 14). Check cetpg.puchd.ac.in for updates. This will be an offline exam on an OMR sheet.

PUCET registration: Available on cetpg.puchd.ac.in; the fee is INR 1,770 (General) and INR 885 (reserved). A photo and mark sheets will need to be uploaded.
PUCET admit card: Use the login to download the admit card. Exam centers will be in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Hoshiarpur, and Muktsar.
Exam: There will be 75 MCQs to complete in 90 minutes.
Answer Key: A provisional answer key will be posted, and objections will be taken online.
PUCET PG result: A scorecard will be provided online, and the final merit list will be available after the GD/PI rounds.
Counseling: Online and offline counseling will be provided, with the Punjab quota prioritized.
Changes: PU may change the dates and centers as needed.
