The MICAT 2026 results for Phase I are released in December 2025, and Phase II in February 2026, on mica.ac.in. The best of the MICAT 2 result or Phase I score is considered for GE-PI shortlisting. The final merit list, combining CAT/XAT/GMAT (20%), MICAT (50%), and GE/PI (30%), is announced in April 2026.

MICAT cut off (based on 2025 trends):
General: 45-50 (Aptitude section); overall 65-70 percentile equivalent.
SC/ST/PwD: 40-45.
CAT/XAT/GMAT: Minimum 80-85 percentile.
The psychometric section is mandatory to qualify. Shortlist requires 50% in Aptitude/Descriptive. Cutoffs vary by applicant pool (10,000+) and exam difficulty.
Shortlist: Best MICAT score + CAT/XAT/GMAT (20% weight).
GE/PI: March 2026 (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai).
Final Merit: Composite score; waitlist updates till May.
