Baba Farid University of Health Sciences uses a semester system for MBBS, BDS, nursing, and pharmacy programs. Students are evaluated through theory exams, practical assessments, and internal assessments twice per year. The BFUHS exam in 2025 will have regular and supplementary tests, and hall tickets will be available online. Exam fees are from INR 5,000 to 10,000 each semester.
