UP Police Constable Recruitment 2026: Last Day to Apply 32,679 Posts

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has stated that it is the last day to submit online applications for the UP Police Constable Recruitment 2026. This recruitment campaign is planned to fill 32679 positions for the positions of Constable and Jail Warder. It is through various departments of the UP Police and the Prisons Department.

Candidates who are eligible and have not yet applied can get their application done through the official websites upprpb.in or uppbpb.gov.in. According to the official timetable issued by the board, the online application process which was started on December 31, 2025 will close at the end of today, i.e., January 30, 2026.

Vacancy details and eligibility criteria

The recruitment is for the various posts of Constable Civil Police, Constable PAC, Constable Special Security Force, Constable PAC Women, Constable PAC Armed Police, Jail Warder, and Mounted Police. In total, 32, 679 vacancies have been advertised. Candidates should have passed Class 12 from a recognised board to be eligible for the posts.

The upper age limit for male candidates should be 18 to 28 years and for female candidates, 18 to 31 years. The date of calculating the age is July 01, 2026. All candidates have been provided a relaxation of three years along with other government norm relaxations.
