The Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET) Paper 2 for 2025 was conducted on November 16, 2025. The results are expected to be released in December 2025.
The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TNTRB) conducts this exam across the state to appoint teachers in government schools for classes 6 to 8. The exam is scheduled to be held on November 16, 2025, in a single shift from 10 AM to 1 PM.
A total of 3,31,923 candidates appeared for the Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET) Paper 2 exam held on November 16, 2025. The total attendee percentage has been 88.9%.
General category candidates must score 60% (90 marks) to qualify.
Reserved category candidates (SC, SC(A), BC, BC(M), MBC, DNC, PWD) need 55% (82.5 marks, rounded to 82) to qualify.
The official answer key is expected to be released soon on the TRB website for candidates to check their answers and raise objections.
Results will be available on the official Teachers Recruitment Board website in December 2025. Candidates can check their results by searching for their roll number in the result PDF.
