UPSC has scheduled the NDA and NA Exam (I) 2026 for April 12, 2026. The national entrance examination enables applicants to enter the National Defence Academy, Army, Navy, and Air Force programs. The form submission date was December 10, 2025, to December 30, 2025 (closed), while the admit cards release time is 1 week before the exams. The exam will be conducted in 2 shifts, subject-wise.

  • Mathematics (Paper I): 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

  • General Ability Test (Paper II): 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM

NDA & NA Exam (I) 2026: Exam Pattern

For both subject exam will be conducted in an objective-type format.

  • Mathematics: 300 marks (2.5 hours).

  • General Ability Test (GAT): 600 marks (2.5 hours), covering English and General Knowledge.
