The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is scheduled to announce the CSEET November 2025 results today, November 20, 2025, at 2 PM. Candidates can download their e-Result-cum-Marks Statement from the official ICSI website icsi.edu.

The CSEET  (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test) is a mandatory national-level exam, conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). It is for aspirants who want to join the Company Secretary (CS) Executive Programme. The CS Executive Programme is the second stage of the CS course.

Candidates can visit the ICSI Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) November 2025 result link for important details by using their login credentials, application number, and date of birth to access the scoreboard. 

The ICSI CSEET November 2025 exams were conducted on November 8 and 10, 2025. The results for the ICSI CSEET November 2025 session are about to be declared today, November 20, 2025, at 2 PM.

An important notification is issued for candidates that no physical scoreboard will be dispatched for the ICSI CSEET November 2025 exam.

The ICSI CSEET  Exam Objectives 

The CSEET serves as a mandatory prerequisite for registration into the CS Executive Programme. It is designed to assess a candidate’s aptitude and foundational knowledge in key subjects while attracting meritorious students who already have a basic understanding of corporate principles. 

By setting a uniform entry standard, the test brings consistency to the CS course and keeps its registration process aligned with other professional programs. Overall, CSEET ensures that every candidate has a strong foundation before progressing further in the Company Secretary journey.

The exam is for students who have passed or are appearing for the 10+2 exam. Graduates and postgraduates must also clear CSEET, with exemptions only for those who’ve completed certain professional courses like the ICAI final.

Frequency: The exam is held four times a year (January, May, July, November). From June 2026, it will be conducted three times a year under the new structure.
