The TG PGLCET 2026 registration is open from February 10, 2026, to 1st April, 2026. The exam will be conducted on 18 May 2026 in a single exam shift from 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM.
The registration window for late fee payment will remain open from 15 April 2026 to 13 May 2026, with late fee fines of Rs. 500 and Rs. 10,000, respectively.
The form correction window is from 03 May 2026 to 08 May 2026 to edit or update the submitted forms, and the admit Card Release date is 12 May 2026. The tentative result declaration date is 05 June 2026. To follow the registration and other details, the official website is the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE).
The TG LAWCET exam mode is an online format with a simple marking scheme and category-wise application fees.
Exam mode is Computer-Based Test (CBT), where applicants need to complete 120 MCQs within 90 minutes.
No negative marking for any wrong answer.
Application Fee is Rs. 1,100 for General (OC) & BC candidates, while Rs.900 for SC/ST/PH candidates.
The exam medium is English.
The TG LAWCET syllabus is divided into two parts that cover core legal subjects. Part A consists of 40 questions from Jurisprudence (20 questions) and Constitutional Law (20 questions), whereas Part B includes 80 questions from key areas such as Public International Law, Mercantile Law, Labour Law, Crimes and Torts, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), along with other related laws.
