The Department of School Education, Telangana, announced Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET/TG TET) 2026 results on February 10, 2026. The exam was conducted on January 3 and January 20, 2026.
The scoreboard download link is available on the official website tgtet.aptonline.in and on the department website schooledu.telangana.gov.in. The Final Answer Key has also been published on the same portal for candidates to review.
TS-TET 2026: Qualifying Marks & Cut-off
Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks to pass the TS TET 2026 examination. The cutoff marks vary according to the candidate’s category, as given below:
General Category: 60% and above (90 marks out of 150)
BC (Backward Classes): 50% and above (75 marks out of 150)
SC/ST/PwD: 40% and above (60 marks out of 150)

Visit the official TG TET Portal.
Click on the "Result" or "TG TET-January 2026 Results" link.
Enter your Hall Ticket Number (or Journal Number) and Date of Birth.
Select the paper you appeared for (Paper I, Paper II, or both).
Click "Submit" or "Proceed" to view and download your digital scorecard
Next Steps for Qualified Candidates
After qualifying TS TET 2026, candidates must download their digital eligibility certificate issued by the Department of School Education, which is valid for a lifetime. They should regularly check for upcoming TRT or DSC recruitment notifications and apply when released.
The TG DSC 2026 notification is expected in late February or March 2026. TS TET marks will contribute 20% to the final merit list, while the recruitment exam will carry 80% weightage. After clearing the recruitment exam, candidates must complete certificate verification to confirm their eligibility and category details.
