The Combined Graduate Level (CGL) tier-1 results were made public by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) today, December 18, 2025. The candidates who have appeared in the examination can verify their qualifying status on the official website, ssc.gov.in, by using their login credentials.
The SSC CGL 2025 results for 49 candidates are being delayed for various reasons.
“As the Tier-I of Computer-Based Examination was held in multiple shifts, the marks obtained by the candidates have been normalised in accordance with the formula/methodology given in Annexure-III Rules for Normalisation.
As per the Commission on its website, through the Write-up F. No. HQ-PP001/6/2024-PP dated 02.06.2025). These normalised marks have been used to screen the candidates to the next stage of Examination [i.e. CGLE (Tier-II)],” the notice reads.

A PDF will appear.
Type your roll number and then press Ctrl+F.
The SSC CGL Result 2025 Tier 1 is now available on the screen.
Download and take the printout for future reference.

The candidates (category-wise) have been shortlisted to appear in Tier-II examination on the basis of the marks obtained in the CGL(Tier-I) Examination. Separate cut-off marks are applicable for Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) (List-1), Statistical Investigator (SI) Grade-II (List-2) and all posts Other than JSO and SI Grade-II (List-3).
