The Department of College Education (DCE), Rajasthan, announces the admission notification and schedule for Undergraduate First Semester programs for the academic session 2026-27. Online applications for BA, BSc, BCom, and other UG courses in all government colleges across the state are now live on the official HTE portal.
30% Women Reservation: A significant 30% horizontal reservation has been implemented for female candidates in co-educational colleges.
NEP 2020 Implementation: Programs now follow the National Education Policy framework, including 4-year Honours options and the Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programme (AEDP).
Gap-Year Rule Removed: Students can now apply regardless of any gaps in their education timeline.

To secure a seat in Rajasthan's top government colleges, applicants must meet the following standards and Required Documents.
Minimum Marks: General category applicants require at least 45% for Arts/Commerce and 48% for Science/Performing Arts in Class 12.
Essential Documents:
10th & 12th Marksheets (For registration purposes, digital copies are allowed to submit)
Valid Jan Aadhaar Card and Aadhaar Card.
Caste/Category Certificate (OBC, SC, ST, EWS, MBC) issued by the Rajasthan authorities.
ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credits).
Passport-size photograph and scanned signature.
