The Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has announced the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) schedule for the recruitment of Jail Warder, Matron, and Assistant Superintendent (Advt. No. 07/2025).

PSSSB Physical Test Schedule 2026 Overview

The physical tests for 500 total vacancies are scheduled to take place this month at the Polo Ground, Patiala.

Punjab Matron Physical Test Schedule-Reporting and Venue Details

• Venue: Polo Ground, Stadium Road, Patiala, Punjab.

• Reporting Time: 9:00 AM.

• Gate Closing: 11:00 AM. Entry will strictly be prohibited after this time.

• Documents Required: Candidates must carry their Original Documents and a printed copy of the PMT/PET Admit Card.

2. Navigate to the "Current News" or "Notices" section on the homepage.

3. Click the link for "Public notice regarding PMT/PET for Advt. No. 07/2025".

4. Download the PDF to check your specific roll number and assigned date.

5. Admit cards for the physical stage will be available for download shortly via candidate login.

The ongoing recruitment cycle aims to fill 500 positions: 451 Jail Warders, 20 Matrons, and 29 Assistant Superintendents. Following the written exams held in January 2026, the PMT/PET is a mandatory qualifying stage before Document Verification and Medical Examination.
