The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 20, issued by the Bar Council of India (BCI), is scheduled for tomorrow, November 30, 2025. Those taking the AIBE 20 exam must arrive at their assigned testing place by 11:30 am. The exam will be held from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Candidates will not be allowed into the exam room after 1:15 pm. Candidates should bring their AIBE 20 admission card and a form of identification for confirmation.
At the AIBE exam location, candidates can wear a basic analogue watch and bring only what they need for the exam, like a clear water bottle, handkerchiefs, and writing tools.
The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 20 is a certification exam administered by the Bar Council of India (BCI) to determine a candidate's suitability for practising law in India. Those who have finished their 5-year or 3-year LLB degrees can choose to take the AIBE exam.
Candidates who pass the AIBE 20 exam in 2025 will get a Certificate of Practice (CoP). This certificate is required for anyone who wants to practice law in India.
The AIBE 20 exam for 2025 will cover 19 subjects and include 100 questions, totalling 100 marks. The grading structure gives 1 mark for each correct answer. There will be no penalty for wrong answers.
