The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) twice a year. The CTET exam for 2026 will be given in person. Paper 2 (classes 6-8): Applicants need a graduation degree with either 50% or 40% marks, along with a two-year diploma in primary teaching or a BEd, a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education, or a senior secondary diploma with 50% marks, and they must be in their final year or have passed a B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed or B.A/B.Sc.Ed.
